- Wet the whole body of pet and apply sufficient amount of Oatem MEV (Menthol and Vitamin E Foam) Dog Shampoo for Skin Rashes
- Massage the hair coat gently and rinse
- For best result repeat Oatem MEV application and massage for 5 to 10 minutes again. Rinse and towel dry
